A mid-ride drops the gun down to about your belt line as opposed to a belt mounted holster will be much higher up, making for a smoother, more natural draw when presenting your firearm. If you find the grip of your pistol is too far up on your waistline, then this is the holster for you! An excellent choice for competition, hunting, range practice, duty use, home protection, etc.
